Weekly Events/State Testing: April 20-27

Posted Date: 04/19/26 (02:57 PM)

Tomorrow begins another busy week for our Wildcats, along with many other activities and events, students at the Elementary and Middle School  will also begin State Testing.
This can sometimes be a stressful time for our students and our staff. We want to help in any way we can to ensure our students have every opportunity to show what they know and do their best.
A few ways to help reduce testing stress are by getting plenty of rest and eating a hearty, healthy breakfast each morning of testing.
Parents/Guardians you can help also by making sure that your child is in school each day they are scheduled to test. When they miss a testing date they are required to make it up later possibly missing other activities and learning opportunities when they return to school.
If you have any questions regarding state testing, please reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher or the counselor in your child’s building.
While we believe firmly that no single test can truly measure the value and knowledge of every child, we know that our students and staff have worked hard and wish them all success as they show up this week to show what they know! Good Luck Wildcats! -MrT
